A home is where one can take refuge, feel secure and comfortable. But when was the last time that home ownership was the central idea of a song? Hailing from Lansdale, Pennsylvania Chad Lewine is back with another record for the summer titled 35. The lyrics from the artist focus on how he needs to buy a house by the age of 35. On the production side, the backing track contains a powerful trap/future bass beat with commercial elements and vivid pop influences.
